      Cook to 160 degrees F: Cooking ground beef to 160 degrees F kills harmful bacteria which could cause serious illness. Always use a thermometer and put cooked patty on a clean plate. Cooking Directions: Skillet Fry: Place frozen burgers in uncovered skillet. Fry on medium setting for 9 min. on each side (18 min. total). We recommend that you do not press the patties while they are cooking in order for them to retain the natural juices that enhance the flavor). Oven Broiler: Preheat broiler for 4 min. Place frozen burger on broiler rack, or pan on oven rack in broiler. Broil for 6 min. on each side (12 min. total). (Cooking times are approximate, always cook patties to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F. We recommend that you do not press the patties while they are cooking in order for them to retain the natural juices that enhance the flavor). Charcoal Grill: Cook frozen burgers on grill approximately 1-1/2 inches to 2 inches over heat coals. Grill for approximately 9 min. on each side (18 min. total).
